   Founded in 1995 by Jim St. Clair, St. Clair Construction, Inc. began its first project in earnest… a Boston Market Restaurant in Amherst NY .  Building on the success of that first project, we have grown into an award winning, multi-million dollar standout in the Restaurant and Commercial/Retail construction industries.  With more than 500 projects under our belt, our experience ranges from a $100,000 interior remodel, to a $4,000,000 multi-story restaurant built on a waterfront site; from an 800-square foot retail space to a 20,000 square foot travel plaza.  Licensed in most States, we have completed projects from California to New York and from Wisconsin to Florida with hundreds of stops in between.   Our extensive, industry specific experience provides us with invaluable insights into the schedule constraints, complexities and unique challenges so commonly associated with building Restaurants and Commercial/Retail establishments.  By combining our vast experience with unmatched commitment to customer service and professionalism, we are “Building on Excellence” every day.
